The work
An orange vase from which a bare arm emerges and bends towards the ground, in a green meadow strewn with open eyes and a clock, under a turquoise sky. It dates from 1981: in the sculpture the Subiektywny cycle, opened the year before, is at work on the inward eye.
Here the eye multiplies instead of closing: the painting says the same thing as the sculpture, but by accumulation.
