The work
The rim of the disc is almost untouched — barely two notches bite into it at the side — but the face is pushed out from within into a radiating figure of drops that all converge on the centre, where a minute hole remains. Recollection is rendered as a geometry: everything on the surface points to a single spot.
At the solo exhibition «Przemijanie» in Siedlce, in 2009, the three discs of the cycle — Wzrastanie, Skupienie, Pączkowanie — are shown side by side.
